Mix minced herbs, garlic, lemon zest, olive oil. Spread on salmon. Roast at 400°F for 20-25 mins with veggies.
Chicken Sheet Pan
Chicken, tomatoes, onions, olives, artichokes. Oil & oregano. Roast at 425°F for 30-35 mins. Top with feta.
